Family, friends, and community.
When we first started brewing, the Local Remedy community was small; family and friends who enjoyed the beers we made to share at picnics, weddings, tailgates, wherever we gathered. Thanks to their continued support, we are expanding our community via our Oakmont taproom. We’re committed to creating a space that is welcoming to all and a destination for all those who want to share time together.
While the audience is broader, our reason for brewing remains the same: we want to make everyone’s day better with good beer shared with good people.

Drink Good Beer
Local Remedy Brewing is a passion project – a hobby elevated to a business. We have always been very particular about the way we brew, the ingredients we use, and the beers we offer. That remains true no matter the scale. We won’t sell something that doesn’t meet our high standards and our commitment to the craft.
Be Good People
We live by the philosophy “leave things better than you found them.” We won’t be here forever, so we’re committed to try and improve what we can, while we can. If there’s something we can do better, drop us a line. If we make a mistake, let us know and we’ll make it right. If you have a great time, tell a friend!
1% Keep it Local Pledge
The continued strength of any community builds upon those who give back, and to that end, we pledge to donate 1% of our Gross Sales annually to local organizations in our community.
